Built in the open with the venues using it — pilot venues' feature suggestions genuinely steer this list (and earn discounts when they ship). Order and detail will change; the direction won't.

Now — the Liverpool pilot

  • The full loop is live: setup wizard, public club pages, QR check-in (single or out-and-back), automatic rewards, bar redemption, team roles and the value dashboard.
  • Routes: a library venues rotate, one route or a range per run, runners choose at RSVP, and links out to Strava or anywhere else.
  • Safeguarding, live: adult clubs, report-a-concern on every club page (reaching the venue and CornerMile), and optional emergency contacts for run leaders on the night.
  • Your data, downloadable: members with terms evidence, attendance history, calendar files for every run, and a consent-based contact list of members who opted into hearing from you.
  • The commercial signal: a 30-second post-run answer becomes the evidence the club pays its way.
  • No more silent cancellations: runners who RSVP'd are emailed automatically when a run is cancelled, moved or changes meeting point.
  • Run reminders the day before, for members who opt in — with one-tap unsubscribe built into every email.
  • Suggest features and report bugs from inside the product — shipped suggestions cut pilot venues' future subscription price.
  • Find a club near you: a public directory of every club, with upcoming runs and rewards at a glance.
  • Find your front-of-house: venues flag that they're looking for a run leader; coaches, influencers and keen runners register on the lead-a-club page and we make the introduction.
  • Fronted by a person: invited run leaders get a guided onboarding and a public profile — name, bio and socials — in the Led-by block on their club page. Leaders can unpublish themselves; venues can hide anyone from their page.
  • Keep the community connected: venues and visible run leaders add their Instagram accounts so runners can follow each one directly from the club page.
  • One account across several venues: add each venue yourself, switch the acting venue once and every management screen stays scoped to that site.

Next

  • Routes on maps: GPX upload with an OpenStreetMap view, and a simple map to follow on your phone.
  • Your branding: custom logo, page colour schemes, and CornerMile's own identity getting its final coat of paint.
  • Embed your club in your own website, powered by CornerMile.
  • Distance search in the club directory, once there are enough clubs to need it.
  • The run-leader programme grows: perks, applying to lead a club from its page, and a named leader on each run.

Later

  • Route generation: give us a start point and a distance, get an editable loop back.
  • Junior runs: proper under-18 support with parental consent and checked leaders. Deliberately not rushed.
  • One-tap sign-in upgrades: magic links and passkeys on top of the six-digit code.
  • Optional paid runs: ticketed events and venue-credit entry, for the nights that need a cap or a kitty.
  • Beyond Liverpool: the pilot is deliberately local so we can support venues hands-on — new areas open once it proves the model.
  • Paid plans — after the pilot proves the value. Pilot venues keep everything, get Founding Venue pricing, and their shipped feature suggestions keep earning discounts.
