Features
The whole loop — from a runner scanning a poster to a redeemed reward at your bar — with verified attendance in the middle. Here's what's live today.
For venues
- 15-minute setup
- A guided wizard takes you from nothing to a live club page: venue, club, terms reviewed and published, your first weekly run and a reward — finished with a printable QR poster.
- Runs that keep running
- Set the weekly run once; upcoming runs appear automatically every morning. Change a time, move the meeting point or cancel a week from one page — everyone who RSVP'd is emailed automatically, so nobody turns up to a cancelled run.
- QR check-in, your way
- One scan at the start — or scan-out-and-back-in, where the return scan is what earns the reward and your check-in sheet shows who's still out.
- Rewards that run themselves
- Post-run discounts, active-member perks and milestone rewards trigger automatically on verified attendance. No stamps, no codes to type, no honesty system.
- Redemption at the bar
- Runners show a voucher QR; staff redeem it in one tap. Wrong tap? Owners and managers can reverse it, and everything is audited.
- Your numbers
- Members, verified attendance, repeat-attendance rate and redemptions — the four numbers that show the club is paying its way in footfall.
- A team, not a bottleneck
- Invite managers, run leaders and bar staff with their own sign-ins. No shared passwords — no passwords at all, anywhere.
- One sign-in across your venues
- Operate more than one site? Switch the acting venue from the management header; each dashboard, team, run, reward and export stays scoped to the venue you selected.
- Real-world corrections
- Phone died at the QR? Record the check-in manually with a full audit trail; rewards follow automatically, in both directions.
- A public page that sells the club
- Every club gets a fast, search-friendly page — distance, pace, beginner-friendliness, upcoming runs, a Led-by block introducing the people who front it, and quick Instagram follow links for the venue and its leaders — plus a poster QR that takes runners straight to joining.
- A route library you rotate
- Build up routes — description, distance, a link to Strava or anywhere else — and attach one or several to any run. Runners pick theirs when they RSVP. Archive and rotate to keep things fresh.
- Your data, downloadable
- Members with terms evidence, full attendance history, and a contact list of members who opted into hearing from you — all as CSV, whenever you want them.
- The commercial signal
- A 30-second post-run question — how many stayed, was it worthwhile — becomes the sentence that proves the club pays its way: your staff's own numbers, not our marketing.
For runners
- No app, ever
- Everything happens in the browser. Join with just an email — a six-digit code, no password to invent.
- Scan and you're counted
- RSVP to runs, scan the QR on the night, and your attendance is verified — that's what unlocks rewards.
- Rewards worth turning up for
- Your vouchers live on your club page. Show the QR at the bar; done.
- See where you're going
- Routes on the club page and each run — distance, description, a map link — and when there's a choice, you pick yours at RSVP. Add any run to your calendar in one tap.
- You control your inbox
- Hear about runs or venue offers only if you opt in — both off by default, off again in one tap, and your details are only shared for what you chose.
- If plans change, you'll know
- RSVP'd to a run that gets cancelled or moved? You're emailed automatically — no opt-in needed, because you shouldn't find out at the meeting point.
- Looked after, not tracked
- An optional emergency contact only the run's leaders can see, only around the run itself — and a report-a-concern path that reaches the venue and CornerMile.
- 18+ and welcoming
- Clubs are for adults during the pilot, every pace is welcome, and beginner-friendliness is stated up front.
